This beer me and Kim brewed together, we mixed two Dark Winter Ale from Mr Beer and a kilo of honey, and 10 liters of water. After fermenting for 11 days it was time to tap to bottles, and also ofcourse tasting the beer, I tried to measure the alcohol but I couldn't because we didn't have a measure tube long enough for that, but my best guess is somewhere between 12% and 16%.

So why is it called Naked Ale, well take a guess :)
